Great Workouts from Great Bodybuilders

Famous bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dorian Yates, Tom Platz, and Mike Mentzer have great bodybuilding principles.  Their training philosophy and quality exercise programs are almost lost to newer methods and training machines.  My blog will reveal some of their bodybuilding secrets and weight training tips.

Free weights are the foundation of a good physique. Quality muscle mass is gained thru free weight training. I gained muscle quality by lifting barbells and dumbbells.  I used a full range of motion for every training set that I performed.  I always go for overall symmetry rather than an outstanding body part.  That means LEG training will be a staple in this blog.
